Baked Pumpkin Oat Squares

Easy grab and go breakfast! Easy grab and go breakfast!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Oats, 2 cups
    *100% Libby pure pumpkin, 1/2cups
    Applesauce, unsweetened, 1/2 cups
    Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla, 1/2 cup
    Pecans, 10 halves
    *Pumpkin Pie spice, 1 tsp
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed

Directions

Add ingredients in a bowl. Pour into small greased baking pan or use muffin tins or ramekins if needed. Place one pecan halves on top of muffin mixture. Bake at 350 for about 30-35 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 8 squares
