Vegan Sloppy Joe Lasagna

Ingredients

    Bob's Red Mill - TVP, 1.75 cup
    frontier vegetarian beef flavored broth powder, 4 tsp.
    2 cup warm water,to prepare broth
    Barilla Lasagna Noodle, 12 noodles
    1 can manwich
    Tomato Sauce -- Wegmans Tomato Basil, 1/2 jar
    tomatoes, kitchen cut, wegmans, 14 oz
    Bell Pepper - Orange - 1 large , diced
    1/2 Fresh Sweet Onion, diced
    3 cloves of Garlic, minced
    Daiya, Cheddar Style, 3/4 bag
    365 Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2.5 tbsp

Directions

Make your sloppy joe mixture - rehydrate TVP with fake beef broth. Saute diced onions and bell pepper in oil, till softened. Then add a can of Manwich, it's vegan. Add half jar of tomato sauce and half a can cut tomatoes to make it a little wetter) Place a layer of mix in 9 1/2" x 13 1/2 baking dish. Layer lasagna noodles, more sloppy joe mix, then a little Daiya. Repeat layers 2 more times, ending with Daiya. Bake covered loosely @ 350 for 1 hour- 1 hr. 15 min.
