1/2 cup Butter (1/4 lb)
1/2 cup Splenda
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
(you can sub the splenda and brown sugar for 1 cup of regular sugar if you prefer)
3 Bananas (mashed)
1 3/4 cups Unbleached All Purpose Flour
3/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Salt
Serving Size: Makes 1 loaf (approx. 10 slices)
