Beef Roast w/carrots and potatoes

Introduction

Quick prep, no cutting when you use small fingerling potatoes and baby carrots. A great dinner to come home to. Quick prep, no cutting when you use small fingerling potatoes and baby carrots. A great dinner to come home to.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1.5 # sirloin roast
    1 pound baby carrots (add more carrots if you like, they are very low calorie)
    ~1 pound fingerling potatoes

    1/2 packet Mccormick garlic & peppercorn seasoning
    2 tsp beef broth granules
    2 Cups hot water
    2-3 TBSP Burgundy cooking wine

Directions

Coat Roast in Mccormick seasoning, place on bottom of crockpot
Add Granules mix in w/hot water
Add potatoes around roast, in the broth
Add carrots to the top

Cook in crockpot for 6hours on high or 8 hours on low (preferred)

Can add cornstarch or flour to juices to make gravy (not figured in to the nutrition value)

Serving Size: Makes 6 servings of 3.5oz meat, 2-3 fingerling potatoes and 5 baby carrotsd
