Introduction

I changed the milk to yogurt and used 1/2 Cup sugar substitute, 2 TBL Splenda Sugar-blend.
I have omitted the graham cracker crust.

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 C cottage cheese (1 lb container)
    1 - 6 oz GV Light Yogurt
    2 large eggs
    3 TBL Potato Starch (can use flour or cornstarch)
    1/2 cup Altern
    2 TBL Splenda Sugar-Blend

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

2. In a blender*, combine cottage cheese, milk**, eggs, potato starch, 2 TBL Sugar-Blend, 1/2 Cup Splenda. Blend until smooth. Pour into greased 8" square pan, I used Butter-Pam.

(I used a round pan to hold the batter. Couldn't find my square, lol.)

3. Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until filling is firm. Allow to cool completely. You can pop it out of the pan after cooled.
