French Toastless Breakfast Bowl

Introduction

Decided to use the leftover egg and cream mixture that I used for my son's french toast sticks. And instead of letting it go to waste I cooked it up and had it over sausage. Decided to use the leftover egg and cream mixture that I used for my son's french toast sticks. And instead of letting it go to waste I cooked it up and had it over sausage.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    3 eggs
    1/4 c heavy cream, less if you want it more eggy
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    2 tsp xylitol or ideal brown
    4 sausage patties
    1 Tblsp sugar free syrup(optional)

Directions

Brown sausage and with spatula chop into smaller bits. Pour into bowl and set aside. In medium bowl whisk eggs, cream, cinnamon and sweetener together. In buttered skillet scramble eggs to desired doneness. Add on top of sausage and drizzle with syrup, if using.

***NOTE***
I did not add the syrup to the nutritional info because it's optional.

Serving Size: Makes 1 Large Breakfast Bowl or 2 Smaller Breakfast Bowls
