Naked Beef Wontons

Introduction

Serve with favorite Stir-Fry vegetables. Less than 1 Net Carb just for these wontons. Can be made with half beef and half pork or just all pork. ENJOY! Serve with favorite Stir-Fry vegetables. Number of Servings: 40

Ingredients

    1 pound ground beef
    1 egg
    1 tsp ground ginger
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    1/4 c scallions, sliced thinly
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    1 tsp
    1/2 tsp black ground pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients evenly. Form into mini oblong patties and place foil lined baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees F for 15-20 minutes, until lightly browned and cooked through. Sacrificing one to check for doneness is acceptable! :)

Serve with favorite soy sauce, wasabi, or other Asian sauce and veggies!
