Ingredients

5 cups Whole wheat flour
2.5 Tbsp Dry Yeast
1 3/4 cups 1% Milk
1/3 cup Honey
2 Tbsp butter
2 tsp Salt
Directions
In a large mixer bowl combine 2 cups of flour with the dry yeast
Warm the milk, butter, salt and honey to 110-115 degrees and mix with the flour and yeast.
Mix on low speed for 1/2 minute scraping the sides of the bowl, then mix on high speed for 3 minutes.
Stir in as much of the remaining flour as possible with a spoon, then turn out onto a lightly floured surface.
Knead for 6-8 minutes, form into a ball and place in a greased a bowl and turn once. Cover and let rise for 1-1 1/2 hours. Punch down and let sit for 10 minutes. Form into loaves and place in greased pans. Cover and let rise for 30 min.
Bake at 375 for 35-40 min.
Serving Size: Makes two loaves, about 10 slices per loaf
