2 slices Whole Wheat Bread
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup Egg Beaters
1/8 cup Milk, 2%

Directions
Makes 1 serving
Heat skillet with cooking spray on medium heat.
Mix ingredients in a deep dish and then dip in 1 slice of the bread.
Let it soak, first one side then the other, but not to the point where it breaks.
Transfer slice into skillet, repeat for the second slice, and fry both until golden on both sides.
