Salmon Patties

Ingredients

    2 cans red salmon
    1 egg
    1/4 cup bread crumbs
    1/4 cup chopped parsley
    1/4 cup 1% milk

Directions

mix all ingredients and shape into 4 patties. roll in bread crumbs and chill for 20 minutes. add oil to pan and saute patties until golden brown on both sides
