Alternative to a Sub Sammich

Introduction

My boyfriend and I are cutting back on calories and spending, so I figured I'd try my hand and making sandwiches at home instead of spending $10 at some of the sub sandwich stores.
Here it goes :) Hope you like it!

Ingredients

    Dijon Mustard, Sandwich thins (Arnold Select), Black Olive slices, Spinach instead of Iceburg lettuce (which I can't stand haha), your choice of cheese - I like colby jack, turkey, and ham.

Directions

Spread the mustard on the bread, slap on some spinach and black olives, add cheese then meat and you're good to go!

Serving Size: 1 sandwich
