Roasted Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

    Chicken Thigh-4
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Oregeno, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Basil, 1 tsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    Onion powder, 1 tsp
    water, 1 cup

Directions

Place water at bottom of 9x9 baking dish. Put chicken skin side up, brush olive oil on and drizzle the rest in the water. Sprinkle on the thighs your oregeno, pepper, basil, garlic and onion powder.

Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes (or until juices run clear).
