Introduction

9" steak sub 9" steak sub
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 red pepper sliced
    3 cloves garlic chopped
    4 sub rolls
    2 medium onion sliced
    1 lbs lean steak shaved
    8 oz mushrooms sliced

Directions

Slice all the ingredients. In a skillet add the shaved beef cook half through. Add the onions, peppers, & garlic. Cook till thats all cooked through. Then add the sliced mushrooms. Cook till the mushrooms are tender. Slice all the rolls down the center. Add your dressing of choice.. MAKE SURE YOU ADD TO THAT DAYS TOTAL...... Also add cheese if you like.
