Paleo Biscuits

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup JK Gourmet almond flour
    4 egg whites
    1/3 cup coconut oil (solid very important)
    1 t baking powder
    1/2 t salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a cookie sheet.
Sift together almond flour, baking powder and salt.
Cut in with a fork the coconut oil until it forms pea size lumps.
Add 4 egg white and mix together well.
Divide into 4 portions and form into biscuit shapes.
Bake 20ish minutes.
