Chicken Breast, no skin, 0.5 breast, bone and skin removed
Canned Chicken, .5 can (5 oz)
Spinach, fresh, 1 package (10 oz)
Cream Cheese, 1 cup
Wonton wrappers (includes egg roll wrappers), 12 oz
Chop spinach very small or use frozen chopped (thawed and squeezed)
soften cream cheese.
Mix all together and add garlic salt to taste
wet edge of wonton wrapper
Place some in the middle of wonton wrapper, fold and seal
Steam for 5 minutes
Bake for 10 minutes. You can spray with olive oil before cooking for a bit more browning.
Serving Size: Makes 60 wontons
