1 can Cannellini Beans (White Kidney Beans)
2 cans (5 oz each) Chicken of the Sea Salmon
3/4 cup italian bread crumbs
1/4 cup reduced fat mayo with olive oil
1/4 cup egg beaters
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tsp each garlic & onion powder
2 tsp dried dill
Heat skillet over medium high heat and spray with cooking spray. Add patties to pan, cooking for 4-5 minutes on each side. Serve as a burger substitute, salad topper, by itself, etc.
Serving Size: Makes 5 5 oz burger patties
