Ingredients

    1# Jennie-O Turkey Ham, cut into 1/2" cubes
    2 cups water
    1 cup dried navy beans
    1 cup sliced celery
    1 small onion, chopped
    10 baby carrots
    1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
    1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Directions

Combine ingredients except parsley in crock pot.; mix well

Cover, cook on low 10-12 hours

Just before serving, stir in parsley
