This was great! I made it last night but I substituted ground turkey for the beef and added a little chopped spinach to the cheese mixture. I also skipped the bottled sauce and made mine using canned toms, onion, garlic, etc. We're watching our sodium around here.
I am not a cook by any means. I actually enjoyed putting this together and it tasted great. My husband and I both said it was going to be made again. I did use the whole jar of sauce and next time I will be adding spinach and mushrooms and re calculate it.
One of the best spark recipes by far. I felt like I was eatting something from an italian restaraunt. The entire family enjoyed. I also used lowfat cottacge cheese and lowfat mozzarella but I did not miss out on the fat. I will definately make this one again.
This was excellent. I actually added some spinach and mixed a little bit of the sauce mixture in with the cheese mixture to stuff the shells with. Very good and filling!!!!! Only had 2 shells instead of the serving size of 4
I made this last night but added spinach and omitted the cottage cheese. It was great! My husband kept going back for more. This will definitely be on my regular rotation. Yea! It's like eating comfort food with a great presentation!
I really enjoyed this. We ate it for dinner and are both having it again for lunch today! I used Fat Free Cottage Cheese and the flavor was still great! (I also left out the onions b/c no one in my house will eat onions)
FANTASTIC!!! What a great find! My husband LOVES creamy-cheesy pasta and I have not found a recipe yet that was both healthy AND tasty!!! We loved it and it will DEFINITELY be worked into my regular recipes.
THANKS FOR SHARING!!! WONDERFUL and I will recommend it to EVERYONE!!!
I can not cook but I made this tonight and it was the best thing I have ever made. I also added low fat cottage cheese but added more sauce and cheese on top and cooked an additional 5 minutes.
Absolutely love this!! So easy to make. I used low fat cottage cheese as well. Covered and baked for 40 minutes, topped with extra mozzerella cheese and baked an additional 10 minutes uncovered. Very good!
