Introduction

great northern beans (dry),vegetable broth,tomato paste,honey,molasses,onion,dried mustard,garlic and salt. great northern beans (dry),vegetable broth,tomato paste,honey,molasses,onion,dried mustard,garlic and salt.
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 lb. goya great northern beans (dry)
    3 cups vegetable broth
    1 tbsp salt
    1 (6 ounce)can tomato paste
    1/2 cup honey
    1/2 cup mollasses
    2 tbsp dried mustard
    2 garlic cloves minced
    saute'ed onion
    1 cup bell pepper chopped.

Directions

1. soak beans over night.
2. drain beans.Put beans into crock pot.
3. add ingredience from recipe.
cover crock pot and cook for 7 hours on high,or 10-12 hours on low.cook beans untill the beans are soft and the sauce is rich.Add water to the pot if needed.
