1/2 cup of low fat plain yogurt (preferably Greek yogurt) 1.5 T. Apple Cider Vinegar 1T. dill weed, dried or 2 T. fresh 2 tsp. spicy brown mustard 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1/2 c. diced onion 1/2 cup diced celery 1 tsp. Splenda 6 cups cole slaw cabbage mix
Mix yogurt, vinegar, and spices in a large bowl. Dice onion and celery and add to bowl. Add cole slaw mix and stir thoroughly. Better after several hours in the refrigerator before serving.
