1 C. low fat yogurt, greek style
1 T. white wine vinegar or cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. basil dry or several fresh basil leaves
1/4 T. oregano ground
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 cup low fat milk
dash of black pepper
1 small head of cauliflower, cut in small pieces
(may add other vegetables such as celery, cucumber, broccoli, onion).
Serving Size: makes 10 half cup servings
