Ingredients

    3 cups frozen corn, thawed
    3 medium plum tomatoes, seeded, drained and diced
    1 cup diced Green Onion
    1 medium burpless cucumber, diced
    8 tbsp Ken's Steak House Fat Free Sun-Dried Tomato Vinaigrette dressing

Directions

combine all ingredients and refrigerate for at least one hour
