White Chicken Chile, high protein, lower sodium

Submitted by: TWEETIBEAR

Introduction

A family favorite, this is a fast and easy meal, heart and filling. It's amazing with corn bread (for those who can "afford" it with their meal). It is FULL of potassium and protein, and about 1/4 to 1/3 of the sodium in lots of white chile recipes. Yummy! A family favorite, this is a fast and easy meal, heart and filling.
