Ingredients

1/3 c. sour cream
1/2 c. small curd cottage cheese
2 eggs, well beaten
1/4 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. granulated sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can sliced peaches, warmed
Directions
Combine sour cream & cottage cheese until well blended; stir in eggs, flour, sugar, and salt. Pour batter onto hot, greased griddle; brown on both sides. Top each pancake with a spoonful of warm peaches. Serve immediately.
