Rack of Lamb (6 rib chops)
Grey Poupon Mustard - 2 tsp
White Wine - 1 fl oz
Garlic - 1 tsp minced
* Bruch marinate onto rack of lamb, allow to sit for at least one hour.
* Bake in a 450 degree oven until reaches desired degree of doneness. (20 minutes rare - 25 mintues medium rare - 30 minutes medium)
* Wrap in foil and let sit for 15 minutes before serving.
Serving Size: makes 3 servings of 3 rib chops each
