Introduction

Black bean burgers made with sausage seasonings for a morning protein boost. Black bean burgers made with sausage seasonings for a morning protein boost.
Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    2 cans black beans
    1 whole onion, chopped
    2/3 cup panko bread crumbs
    4 Tbsp sausage seasoning
    2 eggs

Directions

Drain and rinse the black beans, then mash them with a potato masher. Add the rest of the ingredients and form patties with your hands. Cook for 3 - 4 minutes on each side... be careful, they will get dry. Serve over roasted potatoes with a dollop of greek yogurt.
