Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Angus 80% Lean Ground Chuck 24 oz
    Parmsean Cheese, 1/2cup
    Onion, 1 cup
    Green Peppers, 0.5 cup, chopped
    Tomato, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)- diced
    Garlic, 3 cloves- minced
    McCormick Italian Seasoning - Classic Herbs, 2tbs
    Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 1 cup
    EGG WHITE all white carton, 0.25 cup
    Pepper, black, .5 tbsp
    V8 Vegetable Juice, Spicy Hot, 5.5 oz can

chop veggies, mix all remaining ingredients together, put in loaf pan, bake at 350f for 1 hour
