Asain Ramen Salad

Introduction

Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    6 pkgs Ramen noodles, any flavor (I use chicken)--1 small package slivered almonds--lightly toasted
    2 small container Tones seasame seeds--lightly toasted
    2 package shredded cabbage (coleslaw mix)

    Whisk together:
    2/3 cup vegetable oil
    2/3 cup soy sauce
    2/3 cup vinegar (I use a roasted garlic vinegar, but have used balsamic and it works fine)
    2 Tbsp. seasame oil
    2 tsp. cayenne pepper (or to taste)



Directions

Cook Ramen according to package instructions and drain

Mix all together when the noodles are still warm (helps to wilt the cabbage). Chill and serve.

This was for a big party; so half it for a smaller party.

Serving Size: Makes A LOT - I did 20 servings
