Super Green Smoothie

Introduction

Creamy, green smoothie that is low calorie and filling. Great for breakfast, as a snack, or even sweet enough to be dessert. Can also be left thick and made into a sorbet. Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    * 0.5 cup of pineapple chunks, in 100% juice (+ a spoon of the juice with the chunks)

    * 20 green, seedless grapes

    *two large handfuls of fresh spinach, or ~ 1.5 cups

    * ~0.5 cup water

    * 6-8 ice cubes, depending on size

Directions

Add all to blender, and blend until smooth. Makes a frothy, moderately icy smoothie. Add more or fewer ice cubes to taste.

Serving Size: Makes 2 glassfuls, of about 12 oz. each
