    regular flour
    poltry seasoning
    black pepper

    cider vinegar
    milk

Directions

heat frying oil of your choice (1.5 qt.)...in a small wok shaped pot..330 degrees.F...grate cabbage and carrot while oil is heating, add vinegar and miricle whipp and milk to the grate, add black pepper,salt...to taste.,onion powder is cool too,mix and refridgerate ....(.add .poltry season, pepper,.flour in vessel, mix), beaten eggs in vessel, panko crumbs in vessel....line them up flour,egg,crumbs.....slice breasts in 3/16 in. strips....dredge in flour, then egg, then crumbs...set on holding plate...till all are ready.....fry 5 at a time ,cooks quickly, keep a watchful eye, flipping once thru the process, transfer to 200 degree oven, when thats over, skim the crumbs out of the oil,and make the fries...serve with the slaw, and cocktail sauce if you like,or honey mustard, plain in great too, less calories...you also can do the fries in the oven ,at 425 F,less fat and calories, but the fingers must be fried to get the crispness, and flavor desired.
i prefer corn oil.......chow-down people....yummmmmie
