Ingredients

    150ml live natural low-fat yogurt
    150ml carrot juice
    1 mango
    1 papaya
    1 passion fruit, seeds and flesh
    1 small cube fresh ginger, grated
    25g raw unsalted cashew nuts

Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and whizz together until smooth. Add more carrot juice if the mixture is too thick, and serve.
