Ingredients

Cressant dough - 2 packages
1 pound low fat pork sausage
5 eggs beaten
1 cup chopped mushrooms
1 cup chopped fresh spinach
2 TBS Flax seed meal
.25 c Parmesan cheese, grated.
1 cup shredded chedder cheese
Directions
Spray large baking pan (cookie sheet) with non stick oil
Spread dough into pan. Mash together so there are no gaps.
Brown sausage, drain and rinse. Spread evenly over dough.
Pour eggs over sausage and tilt to cover all with thin layer.
I add flax seed (ground). Sprinkle over egg and sausage. Sprinkle cheese over top and bake for 30 minutes or until crust is brown.
