3.5 cups dry Instant, Quick Oats Cereal
1 cup agave nectar
0.25 cup Orange Juice,
0.25 Applesauce, unsweetened
1.5 Nonfat Dry Milk Powdered
2 Egg white,
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
4 scoops chocolate protein powder (I use frosty chocolate by pure protein...) Different powders will yeild different nutrition numbers
Mix all the dry ingrediants together in a bowl and blend well.
In a seperate bowl, combine egg whites, orange juice, applesauce, and agave and blend well.
Stir liuids into dry ingrediants until blended.
The consistency will be thinck, similar to cookie dough.
Spread batter on a 9X13 baking dish.
Bake until edges are crisp and browned.
Cut into desired sized bars (I cut about 12).
Store in an airtight container or freeze.
** more applesauce makes a moister bar. **
