Stuffed Acorn Squash

Ingredients

    1 acorn squash, halved and seeded
    2 servings Stove Top stuffing mix
    1/2 apple, raw, chopped
    1/4 cup whole cranberries, halved
    1/4 cup maple syrup

Directions

Place squash cut side down in baking pan. Add 3/4 inch of water to pan. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients.
Remove squash from pan and discard water. Place squash cut side up and fill with stuffing mix.
Return to oven and bake until squash is soft.
