Cinnamon Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients
3 ripe Bananas
1 large Egg
1/2 cup Brown Sugar, packed
1/4 Canola Oil
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 cup Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tbsp Cinnamon
2/3 cup chopped Pecans
Directions
preheat oven to 350
mash bananas and mix with egg, brown sugar, canola oil, vanilla. When well blended, add flour, baking powder, and baking soda , stirring just until well mixed. Fold in cinnamon and pecans.
Pour into greased bread pan. Bake at 350 for 45 - 55 minutes.
Serving Size: 10 slices
