2 cups plain low fat yogurt (I use 1%)
1 cup canned or homemade pumpkin puree (not pie filling)
1/4 cup brown sugar (no need to pack)
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Spoon into nice glasses or indiviual serve bowls.
Decorate with a little crumbled gingersnap.
