Low Carb Pork and Beef Meetballs

Introduction

These are very light and good to eat with vegetables or salad. These are very light and good to eat with vegetables or salad.
Number of Servings: 22

Ingredients

    8 oz ground beef
    8 oz ground pork
    1/2 Onion, raw
    1/2 cup Egg substitute
    1/2 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Cheese
    3 Garlic cloves

Directions

I used a Black Angus Stake and Pork Tenderloin Stake and ground them with my meat grinder but you can use beef and pork of your choice that is already ground.

Mix all the ingredients and make the meet balls the size of golf balls arranging them on a tray (I recommend you grease it first)

Cook in the oven at 375 F for 20 minutes.

They look white, like swedish meat balls.

Enjoy them with steamed vegetables and/or a salad or use them in your spaghetti and meat balls recipe. You can also use them with spaghetti squash and tomato sauce.

Serving Size: This makes 22 golf ball size meetballs
