Mustard greens

Ingredients

    Mustard greens, fresh, 4 cups
    Onions, raw, 1 slice, large (1/4" thick)
    Garlic, 2 cloves
    Sea salt coarse Alessi, 1 tsp serving
    Pepper, black, 2 tsp
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp
    Water, tap, 4 cups
    1tsp thyme

Directions

Put in pot all ingredients including greens. Cook on medium heat for about 40 minutes or done. Cut greens into small pieces before putting in pot.
