Vegetarian Vegetable Soup with Pasta

Introduction

Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 Bag Frozen Mixed Veggies
    1 Cup fresh Green Beans, cleaned and chopped
    1 small Onion, Chopped
    1 Cup Canned Diced Tomatoes
    2 oz Pasta, your choice
    4 Cups Vegetable Broth
    1 Cup Water
    1 Tsp Oregano
    ! tsp Basil

Directions

Put the chopped onion in a large pot with some broth and cook until tender. Add the rest of the ingredients except the Pasta. Cover the pot, bring it to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes. Add the Pasta and cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let it sit until the pasta is tender.

Serving Size: Makes around 5 servings
