Protein Shake - PX90 - Level 1 - Soy

Introduction

Level 1 shake with soy milk and soy protein substituted for cow's milk. Level 1 shake with soy milk and soy protein substituted for cow's milk.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 c. unsweetened soy milk
    3 tblsp protein powder (gensoy natural protein powder)
    1/2 cup strawberries, frozen
    1/2 banana, frozen

    If not using frozen fruit, add 1/2 c. ice.

Directions

Use frozen berries and bananas in lieu of ice. Blend all ingredients, drink up!
