Baked Garlic

Ingredients

    3 medium bulbs garlic
    3 tsp butter
    3 tsp EVOO

Directions

1.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2.
Cut aluminum foil into 3 squares (large enough to wrap each garlic head). Place 1 teaspoons of butter in each square of foil and place one garlic head into each square of foil.
Fold the packets up, and arrange them in a baking pan.
3.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until the garlic is soft.

Squeeze cooked garlic into a container with a lid.
Add EVOO and mash all together with fork.
5.
Seal with lid and pop in fridge, use later in cooking or as a spread.
