Ingredients

    2 cups enriched flour
    4 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp sea salt
    1/2 cup light butter
    3/4 cup skim milk

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Mix dry ingredients. Add butter till crumbly. With a fork, mix in milk to make a dough. Knead 10 X and roll out to about a 1/2 inch thickness. Cut buns into circles with a cookie cutter or a floured glass and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or sprayed with cooking spray. (I use parchment paper so adjust nutrients if using spray)

Before kneading dough you can add whatever you like, garlic, cheese ,chives, onions, cinnamon and sugar, whatever suits your taste.

Let sit for a few minutes then bake for 12-15 minutes.

Serving Size:  Makes about 20 biscuits ( a serving is one biscuit)
