Low Carb Meatloaf

Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef
    1/4 cup finely chopped onion
    1 lg egg, lightly beaten
    1 8oz can Hunt's all natural tomato sauce

Directions

Mix ground beef, onions, and egg. Place mixture in a loaf pan. Do not pack in to tightly, as meatloaf will be too dense.
Bake at 350 degrees. After 15-20 minutes, remove from oven and drain fat from pan. Pour tomato sauce over loaf and return to oven for 15-20 more minutes or until meat is fully cooked in center.
