Introduction

This soup is perfect for the coming cold weather and is a stick to your ribs kind of meal! This soup is perfect for the coming cold weather and is a stick to your ribs kind of meal!

Ingredients

    A lot of the ingredients entered with the Sparkpeople food list aren't correct and there were no alternatives so below are the "real" ingredients.

    1 lb. of extra lean ground beef
    1 Can Whole Kernel Corn (no salt added)
    1 Can Ranch Style Beans (Pinto)
    1 Can sliced carrots (no salt added)
    1 Can RoTel Diced Tomatoes with Chilies
    2 cubes Chicken Boullion (low sodium)
    2 cups water
    1 packet of low sodim Taco seasoning mix

    Brown ground beef in large pot,
    then add the following,
    drained can of corn
    rotel tomatoes (if you want more heat don't drain)
    drained carrots
    Ranch style beans (don't drain)
    taco seasoning
    dissolve chicken boullion in the 2 cups of water.

    stir and simmer until bubbly
    eat with tortilla chips or cornbread

    Bundle up and enjoy!
