Chicken Fried Rice

Introduction

So yummy! Even my picky husband and kiddos love it! So yummy! Even my picky husband and kiddos love it!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    4 C pre-cooked, cold rice
    1 large boneless, skinless chicken breast (cut to tiny bites)
    3 eggs
    1/2-1 C frozen peas
    1 Fried Rice seasoning packet (sun bird)
    3 T Soy Sauce
    2-3 T Oil

Directions

Easy as pie, follow the directions on the packet. Have the rice pre-cooked and cold. Cook the chicken in the pan first and remove before starting step 1 on the packet.

Serving Size: Makes about 6-7 1 Cup servings
