Turkey "sausage" casserole

Introduction

This turkey sausage substitute adds terrific flavor to a well rounded morning casserole. This turkey sausage substitute adds terrific flavor to a well rounded morning casserole.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    red julienne potato
    julienne onion
    olive oil
    ground turkey
    sage
    garlic
    egg whites
    fat free cheese

Directions

brown turkey in olive oil with garlic and sage, stirring occasionally and using spatula to chop turkey into small crumbles. Drain. Use non-stick cooking spray to grease a 9X13 baking pan. Place turkey in bottom, add potato and onion, salt and pepper to taste. Bake for about 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Remove from oven, add egg white, making sure to cover all of casserole. Bake for another 30 minutes, remove from oven and cover with cheese. Serve and enjoy!
