almond meal flour, 1 1/4 cups
unprocessed wheat bran, toasted, 1 3/4 cups
vital wheat gluten, 1 1/2 cups
soy protein powder, 1 cup
whole wheat flour, 1/4 cup
salt to taste, I used 3.4 tsp.
olive oil to knead.
Serving Size: 2 loaves... 16 slices each, 32 slices total
