Lo-Carb Crockpot Chili

Ingredients

    2 pounds ground beef, cooked
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 cans condensed beef brother, or 2 cups homemade beef stock
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 can tomato paste
    1 can black beans
    2 Tblsp olive oil
    3 bay leaves
    1/2 tsp oregano,dried
    2 Tblsp Chili Powder
    1/4 tsp cumin(more if you like)
    1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Turn crockpot on high to preheat. Drizzle olive oil in crockpot. Add liquids, tomatoes, paste, beans, seasonings, veggies and stir. Add ground beef, stir, cook on high for 2 hours, reduce heat to low for another 5 hours. Serve with cheese and sour cream! ENJOY
