Introduction

Makes 6 Large Meatballs (2 per serving) Makes 6 Large Meatballs (2 per serving)
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1-1/4 lb Lean Ground Beef
    1 Egg White
    1/4 cup Skim Milk
    1/2 cup Chopped Onions
    1 slice Whole-grain Bread--toasted/crumbled
    Parsley
    Garlic Powder
    Black Pepper
    Dill Weed

Directions

Mix everything together, divide and form 6 large meatballs--just a tad smaller than baseball size.

Place in ungreased cake pan and cover with foil.

Bake for 25 minutes at 375, then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
