Broccoli Cheese Baked Potato

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    -2 potatos
    -2 tbsp cream cheese
    -1 clove garlic, minced
    -2 cups broccoli
    -2 tbsp brummel & brown spread
    - 3 slices fat free american singles

Directions

-Spray washed potatos with cooking oil and lightly salt. Bake in oven at 400 for 50-60 minutes.

- In bowl add chopped cooked broccoli (while hot), american cheese, cream cheese, garlic, brummel & brown.

-When potatos are done cut length wise and scoop out center into bowl with broccoli mixture. Using an electric mixture beat until smooth.

-Scoop mixture back into potato skins. Bake 5-8 minutes so tops are slightly golden.

Serving Size: 1/2 potato serving
